Standard Session: Private Pay Rates Only (No Insurance Billing)
$100 per individual session (cash or check, $104 per session, credit card, HSA)
Special Family - Group Rate (train 2 at a time): $135 vs $140.

Enhanced Services: Counseling with Neurofeedback (Payment options)
$150- $195 per session (cash or check, credit card, some insurances, HSA)

(We can let you know if Cathy is on your insurance panel. For insurance, sessions are billed as counseling appointments, with neurofeedback being used as a cognitive-mindfulness modality. For those seeing another counselor, that’s fine, though appointments with Cathy will need to be scheduled on a different day than your regular counselor, as insurance companies will only pay for one out- patient counseling session per day):
